This Privacy Policy describes how Braincode Innovations FZE (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses information in connection with PropertyCine (the “Service”).

BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU CONSENT TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information necessary or useful to operate, secure, monetize, and improve the Service.

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Account identifiers (such as name and email address)
  • Uploaded images, videos, and media
  • Generated outputs
  • Communications, feedback, and support messages

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • IP address
  • Device, browser, and operating system information
  • Usage logs, timestamps, and interaction data
  • Cookies and analytics data

1.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Payment processors (transaction confirmations and billing status)
  • Cloud and infrastructure providers
  • YouTube / Google APIs: YouTube channel name, channel identifier, and upload authorization only if you connect your YouTube account

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use collected information to:

  • Operate, maintain, and provide the Service
  • Generate, process, and deliver outputs
  • Improve AI systems, performance, and reliability
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or abuse

3. AI ANALYSIS & SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT

We may analyze uploaded content and generated outputs, including in anonymized or aggregated form, to improve system performance, quality, security, and reliability.

For clarity, data obtained via Google or YouTube APIs is not used to train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models.

No confidentiality, exclusivity, or non-training obligation is implied unless expressly agreed in writing.

4. YOUTUBE API SERVICES DISCLOSURE

PropertyCine uses YouTube API Services to enable users to upload videos to their own YouTube channels.

By connecting your YouTube account via Google OAuth, you acknowledge and agree that:

4.1 Data Access

PropertyCine may access only the following Google user data, as permitted by the API and your authorization:

  • YouTube channel name
  • YouTube channel identifier
  • Permission to upload videos on your behalf

PropertyCine does not:

  • Store YouTube passwords
  • Access private messages, playlists, subscriptions, viewing history, or analytics

4.2 Credential Handling

  • Authentication is handled exclusively through Google OAuth
  • OAuth access tokens are stored securely and used only to perform authorized actions
  • Tokens may be revoked by you at any time via your Google Account settings

4.3 Limited Use Compliance

PropertyCine’s use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data accessed via YouTube API Services is used solely to perform the user-requested upload functionality.

5. DATA SHARING

We may share information with:

  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
  • AI model providers and API vendors
  • Payment processors and billing partners
  • Legal authorities when required by law
  • Affiliates, successors, or acquirers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer

We do not sell personal data.

6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Your information may be processed or stored in jurisdictions including the United Arab Emirates, United States, and European Union.

By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.

7. DATA RETENTION

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate and improve the Service
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Enforce agreements and policies
  • Maintain security and prevent abuse

Data may be retained after account deletion where legally permitted or required.

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
